Shipping & Returns
We’re confident that Self-made Sunday Planner will be your new BFF. Try it yourself and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund within14 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and we will notify you once this has been completed through email. Self-made Sunday Planner will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
We are truly global and ship internationally.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Shipments are charged as a flat-fee based on the final shipping destination as follows:
Philippines or Singapore
Malaysia & Brunei
All other countries in Asia & The Pacific (except Australia, New Zealand & Japan)
Australia, New Zealand, Japan & Rest of World
Import Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that orders are potentially subject to import duty and/or taxes. Where applicable, we will notify you of any applicable duty and/or taxes once customers have placed your order and notified us of the shipping destination prior to dispatching your item. Customers have the right to decline the additional charges, in which case we will cancel the order and provide the customer with a full refund.
Change of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the destination and we are able to offer a more specific estimate once your item has been dispatched.
Process for parcel damaged or lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
